Person-Driven Models of Service: Training for Supports Brokering and Recovery Coaching (3 Day Training)

Person-Directed Supports and Services are about a fundamental shift in power from professionals to the person using support. Operationalizing this shift often requires having someone who can help with the planning and coordinating of paid and unpaid, formal and informal support. This person is the Support Broker. This training provides prospective support brokers with information and skill development needed to support people using Person-Directed Supports and Services in Pennsylvania.*

Space is limited.  Registration is required by March 27th.
